By accessing or using the website www.pulsepe.com ("Platform") or any services provided by DBDK ("Services"), you ("User", "You", "Your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are published in compliance with and are governed by Indian law, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

DBDK offers digital financial solutions, including but not limited to:

• Wallet-based transaction services

• Bill payment and recharge services

• Payment gateway integration and processing

• Business expense management

• Withdrawal, commission, and payout services

DBDK may modify or update its Services at any time.

3. User Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

• Notify DBDK immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees and Charges

DBDK may charge applicable service or convenience fees for specific transactions. All fees are non-refundable. Taxes applicable as per law shall be added as necessary.

5. Use of Platform

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful, legitimate transactions.

• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform.

• Not submit false or fraudulent information.

6. Third-Party Services

DBDK may engage third-party service providers (e.g., payment gateways, KYC partners) to facilitate Services. We do not assume responsibility for the acts or omissions of third parties.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at www.pulsepe.com/privacy-policy. By using our services, you agree to our collection and use of your data as described.

8. Limitation of Liability

DBDK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Unavailability of Services

• Transactions performed using your credentials

• Acts or failures of third-party service providers

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DBDK, its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from any losses, claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of applicable laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without cause or notice, and without liability to you.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DBDK or its licensors. You shall not use, copy, reproduce, or modify any content without express written consent.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. In case of any dispute, the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Disputes may be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Rajkot and the language shall be English.

13. Amendments

DBDK reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform or Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
