The service is intended to facilitate supported collection transactions through authorized agents and participating billers or organizations using the available digital payment infrastructure.

Depending on the enabled service, an authorized agent may be required to enter customer information, collection details, account information, payment amount, or other transaction data requested by the applicable service provider. The information entered during the collection process should be verified before the transaction is submitted.

How Agent Collection Works:
1. Open the Agent Collection service.
2. Select the supported collection service or biller.
3. Enter the required customer and transaction information.
4. Enter the applicable collection amount.
5. Verify all transaction details.
6. Submit the collection transaction using the available process.
7. Review the transaction status.
8. Retain the available transaction reference for future reference.
